These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the React Native Mastery course (the “Course”), operated by notJust.dev, a sole proprietorship owned by Vadim Savin, based in Barcelona, Spain.
By purchasing or accessing the Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Course.
1. Course Access
Upon purchase, you are granted lifetime access to the Course via our learning platform hosted at academy.notjust.dev. Access is personal, non-transferable, and intended for one individual only.
You may not share your account, login credentials, or Course content with others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if account sharing is detected.
2. Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following condition:
- Refunds are available only if less than 50% of the Course content has been completed at the time of the refund request.
Course progress is tracked via lesson completion data. If you have completed more than 50% of the Course, you are no longer eligible for a refund.
To request a refund, email support@notjust.dev within 30 days of your purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All content provided in the Course — including videos, source code, documents, branding, and other materials — is the intellectual property of notJust.dev and/or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, share, resell, or publicly display any Course content without express written permission.
4. Community Access
Course purchase may include access to an online community (e.g., Discord). Participation is optional and subject to the separate terms or guidelines posted within the community platform.
5. Payments & Security
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information. By purchasing the Course, you agree to Stripe’s terms and policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
notJust.dev is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from your use of the Course. We do not guarantee specific results or career outcomes.
The Course is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above and may notify users by email or via the Course platform.
Continued use of the Course after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
